Swimming  

A reminder that classes will be swimming next week. It is important that students arrive at school with everything they need to swim, including appropriate swimwear, a dry towel, a plastic bag for wet clothing, an extra snack and a water bottle. 

If your child will be arriving late, or needs to be picked up early, please refer to the parent letter sent home for details about when your child will be participating in swimming.  

Spotlight  

This week our Spotlight was a hands on, super fun time! Our learning intention was, “I can work as a team to achieve a goal. I can problem solve with others.”. Students were asked to work in small groups using a variety of materials to complete different challenges. We talked about how it can be frustrating to work with others and how we can manage frustration as it arises.  

Next Year 

We are beginning to plan for next year and need information for families to make decisions. If you will be leaving the school next year, please call the office at 403-777-8150 to share your plans. Thanks in advance!  

A Look at Learning  

Earth Day is coming up on April 22nd. We will be talking about Earth Day at school and have included a list of books recommended by the public library.
