UPCOMING GUEST SPEAKER 

G.W. Skene and James Short Memorial School Council will be hosting a special guest speaker for parents/guardians on May 30th at 6:30 pm in the GWS Learning Commons. Jamie Pope is a psychologist who has been working with families in Calgary for 15 years. She is passionate about helping people to find the best ways to navigate change and know how to grow along with their families. Jamie knows that every family and child is different. There are no magic solutions to how hard it can be to grow up but there are common ways we can think about child development and support healthy growth. We are very excited for this event and hope you will be able to join us!
