First School Council Meeting

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our first School Council meeting on Thursday, September 25 at 9:00 a.m.! We were so pleased to have a strong and diverse turnout representing the many communities our schools serve. Together, we engaged in thoughtful conversations about how we can continue to enhance the educational experience for all of our students.

Highlights from our discussion included:

  • Strengthening communication about student learning
  • Ideas for celebrating diversity within our school community
  • Activities families would like to see for students and parents

To help make meetings accessible for all families, we will be alternating meeting times between mornings (9:00 a.m.) and afternoons (3:45 p.m.).

Next Meeting
Thursday, October 23
3:45–4:30 p.m.
