Professional Learning Day

Monday, January 15th is a professional learning day for teachers. There is no school for students. Have a great weekend and we will see you on Tuesday morning!

Winter Weather

Just a reminder that it is important for students to come dressed for the weather. Following CBE guidelines, students will be going outside provided it is warmer than –20 Celsius (with windchill). A warm jacket, snowpants, boots, gloves, and a warm hat should be brought to school daily as weather can change throughout the day. If you do not have these items and need help getting them, please let your child’s teacher or the front office know.

A Look at Learning

Each of our students has a .educbe email address that provides them access to Gmail, Google Classroom, and more. All teachers have a Google Classroom that allows students access to review coursework, finish assignments, or get extra practice.

Please see the AHS January 2024 Family Newsletter. This month's topic is about creating healthy habits as we enter a new year, including sweating more, sitting less, and getting enough sleep.
