Dear Families,

We want to thank everyone for a fantastic first week! The students came to a Welcome Back assembly yesterday and it was evident that they are enjoying getting to know their teachers and classmates and many have made some new friendships.

This week families will be receiving information from CBE with some important action steps related to updating student information and ensuring families have signed up to receive key information. Please be sure to watch for this email, and to complete the steps outlined.

A Message From the JSM and GWS School Council

Good day fellow Parents/Guardians! Do you want to know what's going on within the school community and know what's upcoming within the School! Then come join us at our School Council! Please feel free to join our Facebook Group as well. It is run by the School Council Parent Executive Members!

We are also in need of New Executive Members!

Open Seats:

• Vice Chair: helps when the main chair is unable to be at a meeting
• Secretary: helps by keeping meeting minutes and creating an agenda for the meetings
• Volunteer coordinator: Helps with getting volunteers for school trips and/or to help with special events as requested by the school staff
